West Ham captain Jarrod Bowen scored his 10th Premier League goal of the season as the Hammers drew 1-1 with Tottenham in a match between two underwhelming sides.
With both teams stuck in mid-table and little at stake, the game lacked urgency or drama. Bowen’s strike cancelled out Wilson Odobert’s early goal, but the second half fizzled out.

After the interval, both sides showed little ambition. Bowen came close again with a header from a James Ward-Prowse free kick, but Vicario made a brilliant save to preserve the draw.
Richarlison missed an opportunity to shoot in the first half, opting instead to pass, and chances remained rare in the second 45 minutes.

Despite their domestic struggles, Spurs have a shot at silverware. They’re two matches from winning the Europa League — their first trophy since 2008. Postecoglou’s decision to rotate his squad reflects that priority.
