Brooklyn Beckham was noticeably absent from his father David Beckham’s glamorous 50th birthday celebration in London, intensifying rumours of a feud with younger brother Romeo.
The former England captain celebrated with wife Victoria and three of their four children—Romeo, 22, Cruz, 20, and Harper, 13—at the three-Michelin-starred restaurant Core by Clare Smyth in Notting Hill on Saturday, May 3rd.
Romeo arrived with girlfriend Kim Turnbull, 24, in a black satin dress, while Cruz was joined by his girlfriend Jackie Apostel, 29, in a lilac gown.
However, 26-year-old Brooklyn and his wife Nicola Peltz were missing from the black-tie event, reportedly staying in Los Angeles, where they currently reside.
This was the second major family gathering they missed recently—both were also absent from David’s earlier birthday dinner at Cipriani in Miami back in March.
Tensions reportedly stem from Romeo’s current relationship with Turnbull, who briefly dated Brooklyn years ago, according to TMZ. The couple also missed Victoria’s Paris Fashion Week show, allegedly because Kim was in attendance.
Romeo previously dated model Mia Regan for five years before linking up with Turnbull, who also dated Rocco Ritchie, son of Madonna and Guy Ritchie.
David’s milestone celebration began with a private party at the family’s £10 million estate in the Cotswolds, followed by a jet-set trip to France, starting in Bordeaux and ending in Paris.
In London, the Beckhams were joined by celebrity friends including Tom Cruise, Eva Longoria, and Gordon and Tana Ramsay.
Victoria paid tribute to David on social media, sharing heartfelt messages and a nostalgic family video. “You complete me,” she wrote. “I love you and our beautiful family endlessly.”
Romeo also posted a birthday message, calling David “the most amazing role model,” while Cruz shared a photo and wrote, “I love you so much dad.”
Despite their absence, Brooklyn and Nicola were recently seen at Coachella, suggesting they’re enjoying life away from the spotlight—but not without raising questions about growing family tensions.
