Friday the 13th might be considered unlucky, but Chipotle is flipping the script with a buy-one-get-one (BOGO) deal for tattooed customers. On Friday, June 13, from 3 to 4 p.m. local time, customers at Chipotle locations nationwide can receive a free entrée with the purchase of another—if they’re “tatted like a Chipotle bag.”
The promotion plays off a viral meme comparing heavily tattooed individuals to Chipotle’s brown paper bags, which feature line art-style designs. Customers can show any form of tattoo—permanent, temporary, or even marker-drawn—to qualify.
To celebrate, Chipotle is also releasing its first-ever line of temporary tattoos. The limited-edition set includes 13 designs inspired by brand icons like ingredients, black plastic forks, and the slogan “Chipotle is my life.” These temporary tattoo sheets will be available at 13 specific Chipotle locations during the promotion window, while supplies last.

Chipotle is also introducing a new menu item: Adobo Ranch dip. It’s the brand’s first new dip since the debut of Queso Blanco in 2020. The creamy, smoky condiment features adobo pepper, sour cream, and herbs.
Adobo Ranch will be available nationwide starting June 17. Chipotle Rewards members can get a free side of the dip on launch day. New customers must enroll in the rewards program by 11 p.m. local time on June 16 to qualify. New members also receive free guacamole.
