Garry also secured his first takedown of the fight, further showcasing his versatility. Despite a few exchanges, Garry’s precision and speed were evident, leaving Prates struggling to catch up.
Round 4:
Prates began to land some significant shots, including a three-punch combo, and seemed to pressure Garry more. However, Garry quickly regained his composure, landing clean punches and securing another takedown. Although Prates showed signs of aggression, Garry’s striking remained the dominant factor.
Round 5:
Prates came out strong in the fifth round, looking for a finish. He was aggressive, landing a knee to the body and some strong punches. However, Garry kept his distance with low kicks and counters. Prates briefly took top control after a scramble, landing some hammer fists. Despite the late onslaught, Garry managed to survive the final minutes and secured the victory.
