Starbucks has officially kicked off summer with its brand-new 2025 summer menu, launching on Tuesday, May 20. The lineup brings exciting new beverages, returning fan-favorites, and a sweet new dessert.
New Iced Horchata Oatmilk Shaken Espresso
Leading the list is the all-new Iced Horchata Oatmilk Shaken Espresso. This refreshing drink blends Starbucks Blonde Espresso with oatmilk and horchata-flavored syrup. The syrup mixes cinnamon, sweet vanilla, and a touch of nuttiness—evoking the traditional taste of horchata, a classic rice milk-based drink found in various cultures.
“Horchata recipes vary globally but often use non-dairy milk, sweeteners, and spices, reflecting diverse traditions,” Starbucks shared.
Return of Summer-Berry Starbucks Refreshers
The Summer-Berry Starbucks Refreshers are making a comeback after a successful 2024 debut. These drinks combine raspberry, blueberry, and blackberry flavors, shaken with ice and water, then poured over raspberry-flavored pearls.
Two versions are available:

Starbucks is also teaming up with Brazilian fashion brand Farm Rio for a limited-edition drinkware collection. Inspired by Farm Rio’s vibrant prints and tropical colors, the collection includes cold cups, keychains, and more—available while supplies last.
